Dr. Ronald Roos

Dr. Ronald Roos has been managing publicly listed companies, private equity portfolio companies and family owned enterprises as CFO and CRO since 2001. He has longstanding capital market experience. Among other things, he has been responsible for an initial public offering as a CFO. Other focuses of his are spinoffs, reorganizations, M&As, post-merger integrations as well as fundings in crisis situations. He is active in various sectors and has experience in the investment business, real estate, insurance, PropTech, marine, metalworking industry, telecommunications and health care.
