Dr. Ulf Osmers

Ulf Osmers acts as a COO, Technical Director or Factory Manager in the manufacturing industry. His expertise lies in implementing operational excellence by optimizing processes with immediately improved results, dovetailing the conflicting priorities of manufacturing costs, delivery deadlines, quality and throughput time. In doing so, he assumes direct operational responsibility on site, even at shop floor level. He also has extensive expertise in the automotive sector (OEM, n-tier), in metalworking, assembly, plastic and glass working, injection molding, consumer product manufacturing, printing technology and the semiconductor industry.
