Johan Wallgren

He has worked in Human Resources for many years: Johan Wallgren takes on management responsibilities as HR Manager and as Project Manager for restructuring and transformation work.

With over 20 years of management experience in international industrial companies, he adapts HR organizations to the corporate strategy and takes responsibility for key issues, including executive development and "compensation and benefits".

Johan Wallgren was born in Sweden and, following responsible positions with ABB Asea Brown Boveri (electrical engineering) and Bombardier (rail vehicles), he has specialized in HR management in large mid-sized international industrial companies – also owned by financial investors – including Sanitec (now Geberit; sanitary appliances) and Klöckner Pentaplast (plastic films).
