Jörg Hepe
Jörg Hepe has been successfully working in the FMCG sector for over 25 years. As an experienced manager in executive roles, he has assumed responsibility in international corporations as well as in mid-sized companies. Most recently, Jörg Hepe headed up the strategic realignment of a primarily nationally organized company into an international top player.
A Master of Business Administration (MBA), he has extensive experience in the following FMCG sectors: Beauty, Household & Body Care, Laundry Care and Food. Hepe’s competences include profit and loss management, business development and change management, particularly in the internationalization processes of mid-sized and large companies, as well as brand development. He has also successfully headed up various M&A processes as a communicator, negotiator and decision-maker.
