Dr. Stephan Gutthal

As CPO and COO, Dr Stephan Gutthal takes operational responsibility in the areas of Procurement and Supply Chain Management. He developed comprehensive professional and leadership skills in 25 years at various Top Management Consultancies as well as at companies in the Real Estate Industry, the Oil Industry and in the High-Tech Industry, predominantly in connection with Private Equity investments, e.g. „Terra Firma“, „Warburg Pincus“, „Triton“ or „KKR“.

His professional focus is on strategic Sourcing and operational Purchasing, warehouse and transport logistics, reorganisations, turnaround management, Due Diligences and Post-Merger Integrations.

For more than ten years, Dr. Stephan Gutthal was an executive in manufacturing companies with a budget responsibility for up to 550 million Euros. He managed up to 120 employees in Germany, France, China, Malaysia, Taiwan, South Africa, Canada and the USA.

He owns a PhD. in Aerospace Engineering and is based in Portugal, from where he is available for Interim Executive assignments worldwide.
