Ulrich Eich

With over 25 years of management experience, Ulrich Eich brings his expertise as CEO and CSO to his mandates. As an internationally seasoned executive and Vice President in leading industrial companies (automotive, building technology, industrial filtration), he has assumed leadership roles overseeing more than 1,000 employees and holding responsibility for revenue and results of up to 1.2 billion EUR. His career has focused on strategic and operational business development, sales and marketing, digitalization, transformation, change and project management. Additionally, he has successfully directed and supervised the establishment and expansion of foreign subsidiaries, including associated M&A processes.

As an INTERIM EXECUTIVE, Ulrich Eich takes on the implementation and, if necessary, development of growth and market strategies, as well as the establishment and expansion of international production and sales locations, organizational development, and sales optimization tasks. Another area of his expertise lies in the formulation and implementation of ESG-oriented sustainability strategies, including financing concepts for necessary investments.
