Dirk Schemmann has many years of experience as a CFO/Managing Director in national and international medium-sized companies and corporations as well as in private equity companies.
His areas of expertise include the entire CFO practice such as controlling, accounting, taxes, IT, and purchasing. His core competencies include the management, development and realignment of the entire commercial area, the implementation of performance programs with profit improvement, turnaround and restructuring as well as the planning and implementation of M&A activities such as buy and build, PMI and exit on both the buyer and seller side.
With a degree in economics, he has broad industry experience in telecommunications, automotive, energy, IT and software development.
