He takes on executive leadership roles as Managing Director, CEO or Business Unit Head in larger mid-sized enterprises as well as corporate subsidiaries.

Throughout his career, he has successfully led multiple organizations through phases of growth and transformation, including strategic repositioning, sustainable innovation management and significant improvements in financial performance. His core competencies also include operational leadership and organizational development across sales and marketing, aftersales, operations and supply chain management. The internationally educated business graduate (Diplom-Kaufmann) has held full P&L responsibility for businesses with revenues of up to EUR 600 million.
